It is a requirement
under The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)
that employers must ensure that employees are given adequate
training. Safe at Height Ltd training department is able to offer
training that will ensure that the employer meets his obligations
under these regulations.
Operator Course (MEWP)
A general one day operator training course. The course covers all
aspects relating to the equipment your company utilises including
Health and Safety and general machine operating skills.
Courses can cover one machine category with a maximum of 6 people
or two machine categories with a maximum of 4 people. The course
will be conducted on your site and on your equipment. If you
don’t have the equipment available on site this can be
supplied through our hire department. All machines require a
current valid LOLER certificate; see our service and inspection
section for details, before any training can be carried out. All
successful delegates will receive a certificate of
competency. |

Scaffold Towers and/or Ladders &
Steps
A one day course to train people in the skills and knowledge needed
to achieve the standards of competence to carry out the erecting,
transporting and storing of scaffold towers and/or steps and
ladders.
Courses have a maximum number of 10 people. The course will be
conducted on your site and on your equipment. If you don’t
have the equipment available on site this can be supplied through
our hire department. All equipment requires a current valid
inspection certificate, see our service and inspection section for
details, and must conform to all current regulations. All
successful delegates will receive a certificate of
competency.
